The South Tampa bay that could not take a third car
A two-car off Bayshore had been a kit in 2019. By the next August the film was moons under the tires and the owner was parking in the drive because the garage felt sticky. The slab was old, the door faces west, and bay humidity sits in that box all afternoon. We ground the kit off, ran a concrete hardness test for the diamond, and put down flake with a wear coat that can live with the door up. That is Tampa residential: old Gulf-adjacent concrete, hot cars, and a door that does not close in hurricane season.
