Homeowners search driveway coating, concrete driveway epoxy, and driveway resurfacing. In Southwest Florida the drive takes afternoon sun, summer rain, and tires that sit hot. A garage system is the wrong answer just because the concrete looks the same.
We visit, measure, and run a concrete hardness test every appointment. If a data sheet names driveway or exterior exposure, we quote that system. If it only names garages and shops, we do not roll it down the drive and call it done.
Rubber can stain. Hot tires can soften a film. Those are cautions printed on product sheets, not a marketing rating. Park-on time is whatever that sheet prints. It is not “drive tomorrow.”

Do you coat concrete driveways?
Yes, when a product data sheet names that exterior exposure. A Florida driveway is sun, rain, and tires. It is not a garage floor with the door open.
Will hot tires mark a driveway coating?
Product data sheets still warn that rubber can stain and that hot tires can soften a film. We do not call a driveway hot-tire proof. Mats help where you park. The visit decides whether a listed system exists.
Is this the same flake as the garage?
No. Garage flake sheets name garages and shops. A driveway needs a system whose sheet names exterior or driveway exposure. If it does not, we decline.
Can I get a driveway price online?
No. We measure the drive, look at the concrete, and run a concrete hardness test. The quote follows that visit.
