West of the river you get screened lanais, boat junk, and humidity that never clocks out. Down 14th Street you get shop bays, lift points, and oil that has been in the slab since the last tenant. Calling both of those “a garage coating” is how you buy the wrong system.

Two addresses, one county, two specs
A river house wanted a light floor that photographed. A 14th Street bay wanted something you could degrease with a hose. We did not sell them the same flake. The house got a tighter chip and a clean polyaspartic. The bay got a heavier broadcast, extra oil-contaminated grind, and a topcoat we were willing to stand behind under a work truck. Bradenton work goes wrong when a residential kit gets stretched across a commercial slab — or when a shop spec gets sold to a house that only wanted the floor to look finished.
What we actually coat in Bradenton
- River and West Bradenton homes where humidity and open-water air sit on the slab all year
- 14th Street and 41-corridor shop bays that take trucks, lifts, and solvent
- Houses east of town that want a washable garage without looking like a warehouse
Bradenton questions we actually get
Can you coat a working shop on 14th Street, not just a house garage?
Yes. Commercial and shop floors are a regular part of the Bradenton book. Expect more grind time if the slab has oil, and a spec that can be washed — not a showroom metallic.
Our house is on the river. Is the humidity a problem?
Humidity is the climate. We grind so the coating has a key instead of hoping a topcoat covers a bad slab.
Do you work around business hours for a bay that’s open during the week?
We can. Shop work is usually a planned shutdown, not a surprise. Most bays are one workday on site. Traffic times come from that system’s data sheet — foot, wheeled, and chemical cure are different.
Will hot tires pick up the coating in a closed Bradenton garage?
That is a thin-epoxy failure, not a Florida tax. A ground slab and a polyaspartic wear coat are the reason we do not sell kit-thickness films here.
