Showroom is the display. The service drive is a different floor.
A Naples or Fort Myers dealer has two slabs. The showroom wants a tight decorative or metallic film. The lube and tech bays want something that takes oil, hot tires, and wash-down.
We do not pour the showroom spec on the service drive. Two systems, one contractor, schedule around sales hours. COI and a written spec for the GC or GM.

One system for the whole store?
Almost never. Showroom and service bay fail for different reasons.
Can cars stay on the lot?
Yes. We phase. Park-on time is the TDS time for that bay’s kit.
