Cementitious urethane for heat, washdown, and wet shops

The commercial body coat when flake epoxy is the wrong tool.

A restaurant line, a boat-service bay, or a warehouse that gets hot water and chemicals will destroy garage flake. Cementitious urethane is built for thermal shock and washdown. This is the system behind a lot of our commercial photos — open doors, hose on the floor, forklifts, not a decorated two-car.

What it is

A trowel or slurry urethane concrete that bonds to damp-tolerant slabs, takes hot washdown, and can be broadcast with quartz or flake when the owner wants a finished look.

Who it is for

Commercial kitchens, food, breweries, wash bays, service centers, and manufacturing floors from Punta Gorda to Fort Myers.

Who it is not for

A dry residential garage that only needs flake. You would overbuy.

How we build it

  1. Heavy profile — grind or shot.
  2. Detail drains, cove, and joints. Hygiene lives at the edge.
  3. Slurry or trowel body at the specified thickness.
  4. Optional quartz or flake broadcast.
  5. Chemical-resistant topcoat where the use needs it.

Florida note

Humidity helps this chemistry more than it helps thin epoxy. Kitchens that go from cooler to mop-bucket heat are why this exists.

Questions

Is this the same as garage epoxy?

No. Different resin, different thickness, different job.

Can it look decorative?

Yes. Quartz or flake over the urethane body.

How much downtime?

Faster than old epoxy screeds. We schedule around your close day.

Does it smell?

More than a garage polyaspartic. We plan occupied buildings.
