Solid-color and sealed floors for shops that work

Wipeable slabs. No vinyl chip required.

Not every floor wants chips. A parts shop on US-41, a clean warehouse, or an office corridor wants a sealed, wipeable slab that shows the lights — not a residential flake blend. This is high-build epoxy or a grind-and-seal urethane over prepared concrete.

What it is

Diamond grind, repairs, then a pigmented epoxy body and a chemical-resistant urethane or polyaspartic lock coat. Or a satin seal when the look is honest concrete, not plastic.

Who it is for

Warehouses, offices, showrooms, light manufacturing, municipal and shop floors.

Who it is not for

Pool decks — UV. Heavy hot-wash kitchens — urethane concrete. Homeowners who want the Instagram garage — send them to flake.

How we build it

  1. Grind to a real profile.
  2. Patch spalls. Honor joints.
  3. Moisture decision.
  4. Pigmented body coat or coats.
  5. Urethane or polyaspartic topcoat for abrasion and stain.

Florida note

Solid colors show swirl and dust more than flake. Prep and lighting matter. We say that before you pick light gray.

Questions

Will I see every crack?

Hairline cracks can telegraph. We repair what will show.

Forklifts?

Yes at the right thickness and topcoat.

Will it yellow?

Interior epoxy body plus a UV-stable topcoat. Do not use this as a sun deck.

Gloss or satin?

Gloss for showrooms. Satin for shops that hide dust.
