In Naples the floor has to survive Florida and the board. Pelican Bay, Park Shore, Old Naples — access windows, vendor lists, parking rules, a look that cannot feel like a shop. A great grind in the wrong hour is still a failed job here. We quote the coating and we quote the morning: where the van sits, when the grinders run, what the finished gray is allowed to be.

The install that had to look like it never happened
A Pelican Bay garage needed to be done on a weekday window with no overnight trailer and no dust in the common drive. The color had to sit next to a very particular beige. That is not extra. That is Naples. We ground, vacuumed, coated, and left a floor that looked like the house, not like a crew had been there. Park Shore and Old Naples add their own versions of the same rule: the work is judged from the street as much as from the slab. If your installer only talks mil thickness, they are not talking Naples.
What we actually coat in Naples
- Pelican Bay and other gated communities where access and quiet hours are the job
- Park Shore and Old Naples houses that want a finished floor, not a commercial gray
- Three-car garages that have to take luxury-car tires and still photograph
Naples questions we actually get
Do you already know Pelican Bay / Park Shore vendor rules?
We work these communities. Send the rules with the request. We build the schedule around them instead of arguing with the gate on the morning of.
Can we do a metallic floor in a Naples garage?
If the space is closed and the look matches the house, yes. If the door is a sun funnel, we will steer you to a UV-stable flake that still reads expensive.
Will the grinders bother the neighbors?
We run a contained grind with vacuum and we keep the hours the community allows. Naples is not the market for an all-day open-door spectacle.
How far in advance should we book for season?
Season fills. If you want it done while you are here, ask early. If the house sits empty in summer, that window is often easier — and kinder to the neighbors.
